Kevin M. Yopp
Kevin M. Yopp is a trial lawyer with over 20 years of experience representing clients in complex business disputes. Kevin’s clients have ranged from small businesses, including individual entrepreneurs, executives, and start-up companies, to major, publicly-traded corporations.
Before founding Yopp Legal in 2015, Kevin was a partner at Gilchrist & Rutter, a litigation and real estate boutique firm in Santa Monica. Before that, he had been a litigator at O’Melveny & Myers, LLP in the Los Angeles office.
Kevin is also proud of his service in the United States Army as an M1-A1 Main Battle Tank Driver before law school.
